Quality and diversity, key words for the future

Gérard SALARDAINE, the youngest of the family, with his children Stéphanie and Gilles, now run the LA VIVIERE Marketing Company, the GAEC LA VIVIERE, a company growing mussels in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, along with SC LA MOULIERE DE CHAUSEY, a company which produces mussels in the Iles Chausey archipelago, to the north of the Bay. Two production sites: two different qualities.

In response to customer demand, the marketing of shellfish has been added. We presently market 2,000 metric tons of mussels and 500 metric tons of shellfish per year. As producer and dealer, we guarantee our customers a quality product of total traceability.
